Your Legal Representative in Ukraine — Courts, Government, and Disputes
Full legal representation before Ukrainian courts, ministries, and regulatory authorities — including commercial, administrative, and civil disputes.
When You Need a Legal Representative in Ukraine
Whether a business partner failed to deliver, a government agency rejected your application, or someone defrauded you — resolving legal matters in Ukraine requires a licensed attorney who can act on your behalf before courts and authorities.
As a licensed Ukrainian attorney with 6 years of experience as an Assistant Judge in an administrative court and 5+ years as a Public Prosecutor, I understand how Ukrainian courts and government institutions operate from the inside. I know what arguments work, how decisions are made, and how to move things forward when bureaucracy stalls.
Disputes with Private Parties
I represent clients in the following types of commercial and civil disputes:
- Contract enforcement — when a Ukrainian company, freelancer, or partner fails to fulfill their contractual obligations.
- Debt recovery — formal demand letters, pre-trial negotiations, and court proceedings to recover amounts owed to you.
- Fraud and scam situations — tracing counterparties, filing complaints with law enforcement, and pursuing legal action.
- Property disputes — disputes over ownership, boundaries, or use of real estate in Ukraine.
- Inheritance disputes — contested wills, succession claims, and cross-border estate matters.
- Family disputes — divorce, child custody, alimony, and marital property division involving Ukrainian jurisdiction.
Disputes with Government Agencies
I also handle administrative disputes with Ukrainian public authorities:
- Challenging unlawful decisions — appealing decisions by tax authorities, local councils, registries, and other government bodies.
- Government inaction — forcing authorities to act when they fail to respond to legitimate requests within legal deadlines.
- Tax disputes — contesting tax assessments, penalties, and enforcement actions.
- Registration issues — resolving problems with property, business, or civil status registrations.
- Land and property disputes with authorities — defending your rights against state or municipal land claims.
How I Work
Step 1: Case assessment. I review your situation, analyze available documents, and provide an honest assessment of your options and likely outcomes.
Step 2: Pre-trial actions. Where appropriate, I send formal demand letters, file official requests, and attempt to resolve the matter without court involvement.
Step 3: Court representation. If the matter proceeds to court, I prepare all filings, represent you at hearings, and pursue the best possible outcome.
As a licensed attorney, I represent clients in court based on my attorney’s warrant — no power of attorney is required for court proceedings. For actions outside court (registries, government agencies), I prepare a power of attorney if needed.
All communication and documents are delivered in English. I provide regular status updates so you always know where your case stands.
