Disputes with Private Parties

Inheritance matters reach the courts more often than heirs expect — a missed six-month deadline, a disputed will, or kinship that has to be established by court order. A Ukrainian court cannot divide real estate located abroad, so the division usually has to be planned across two jurisdictions at once — the Supreme Court’s 2026 position and what follows from it.

As a licensed attorney, I represent clients in court based on my attorney’s warrant — no power of attorney is required for court proceedings. For actions outside court (registries, government agencies), I prepare a power of attorney if needed.
